高压氧联合盐酸美金刚治疗帕金森病痴呆患者的效果

摘要目的分析高压氧联合盐酸美金刚治疗帕金森病（PD）痴呆患者的效果。方法选取2019年1～12月甘肃省武威市人民医院诊断的68例PD 痴呆患者作为研究对象，按随机数字表法分为观察组（34例）和对照组（34例）。对照组单用美金刚治疗，观察组用高压氧联合盐酸美金刚治疗。比较两组的治疗效果及治疗期患者出现的不良反应。结果两组治疗后简易精神状态量表（MMSE）、蒙特利尔认知评估量表（MOCA）评分均有所提高，但观察组的MMSE、MOCA、评分高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。研究组出现1例恶心，2例头昏，采取对症治疗干预后明显好转，对照组与观察组的不良反应总发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论盐酸美金刚治疗老年PD痴呆安全可行，能有效提高患者的认知功能，改善日常自理能力。

Abstract：Objective To analyze the effect of hyperbaric oxygen combined with Memantine Hydrochloride in the treatment of dementia patients with Parkinson′s disease (PD).Methods A total of 68 patients with PD and dementia diagnosed in Wuwei People′s Hospital,Gansu Province from January to December 2019 were selected.They were divided into the control and the observation group according to random number table method,34 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with Memantine alone,and the patients in the observation group were treated with hyperbaric oxygen combined with Memantine Hydrochloride.The therapeutic effects of the two groups and the adverse reactions during treatment were compared..Results After treatment,the scores of the simple mental state scale(MMSE) and the Montreal cognitive assessment scale (MOCA) in the observation group and the control group were improved,but the MMSE,MOCA scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).There were 1 case of nausea and 2 cases of dizziness in the observation group,which were significantly improved after the intervention of symptomatic treatment measures.There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the control group and the observation group (P>0.05).Conclusion Memantine Hydrochloride is safe and feasible in the treatment of senile dementia with PD,which can effectively improve cognitive function and imprave daily self-care ability.
