Abstract:Objective To study the clinical value of hyperbilirubinemia neonate receiving intensive care combined with neonatal touch mode intervention. Methods From October 2019 to April 2020,60 neonates with hyperbilirubinemia treated in Yingtan People′s Hospital,Jiangxi Province were selected and divided into control group (n=30) and observation group (n=30) by the random list method. The control group received routine neonatal nursing,in the observation group,on the basis of routine neonatal nursing, the cluster nursing combined with neonatal touch mode intervention was added. The control effect of the two groups, jaundice index and bilirubin level before and after nursing intervention, the time of complete disappearance of jaundice, the time of recovery of bilirubin level examination results, the total time of hospitalization treatment, adverse reactions, parents′ satisfaction with nursing services were compared. Results The total effective rate of disease control in the observation group was 93.3%,higher than 70.0% in the control group;the jaundice index and bilirubin level in the observation group were lower than those in the control group;the time of complete disappearance of jaundice, the time of recovery of bilirubin level and the total time of hospitalization were shorter than those in the control group;the total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 3.3% (1/30),lower than 20.0% (6/30) in the control group;parents′response to the total satisfaction of nursing service was 96.7%,higher than 80.0% of the control group. There were statistical significances (P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention of nursing combined with touch mode can improve jaundice index, decrease bilirubin level in a short period of time, reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions, shorten the time of hospitalization, and improve the treatment effect of the disease and the satisfaction of the family.
