Abstract:Objective To explore the influence of evidence-based nursing mode on the bad mood and treatment compliance of patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.Methods From May 2017 to December 2019,48 patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease treated in Dongxiang People′s Hospital of Fuzhou City were selected as the research objects.According to the method of random comprehensive balance,they were divided into group A (n=24) and group B (n=24).Group A adopted the routine nursing mode and group B implemented the evidencebased nursing mode.The scores of self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self-rating depression scale (SDS),quality of life(SF-36) and treatment compliance were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of SAS and SDS in group B were lower than those in group A;the scores of SF-36 in group B were higher than those in group A;the score of treatment compliance in group B was higher than that in group A,with statistical differences (P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of evidence-based nursing mode in patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris has significantly improved their bad mood,their quality of life and treatment compliance.
