Abstract：Patients with chronic hepatitis B developing to an irreversible stage can induce liver cirrhosis.Hepatitis B cirrhosis is the most common chronic liver disease,which is easily complicated by bacterial and fungal infections.Aspergillus is widely distributed in the external environment.It is an opportunistic pathogen,which can cause severe pneumonia with respiratory failure,and often occurs in patients with underlying diseases.Patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis complicated with invasive fungal infection have poor tolerance,difficult drug treatment,and significantly increased mortality.Therefore,the etiological examination should be improved as soon as possible,and antifungal therapy also should be started to improve the prognosis.This paper reports one case of a patient with hepatitis B cirrhosis and diabetes,infected with influenza A,complicated by pulmonary bacterial,aspergillus infections and recurrent gastrointestinal hemorrhage,then recovered after active comprehensive treatment,in order to improve clinicians′ understanding of infection in patients with end-stage liver diseases and avoid misdiagnosis and mistreatment.
