宁德市中医院200例住院患者注射用质子泵抑制剂使用情况调查分析

摘要目的对宁德市中医院住院患者使用注射用质子泵抑制剂（PPI）的情况进行调查，分析不合理用药情况。方法选取宁德市中医院2018年8月～2019年8月应用注射用PPI 治疗的200例住院患者作为研究对象，对其科室、注射用PPI 给药剂量、疗程、溶媒选择等信息进行统计与分析。结果 200例患者中，39.00%的患者使用的注射用PPI 为艾司奥美拉唑，26.50%的患者为兰索拉唑；注射用PPI 使用率最高的科室是脾胃病科，其次为急诊科；宁德市中医院注射用PPI 不合理用药率为13.00%，常见不合理情况为用药指征不明确。结论宁德市中医院住院患者常用注射用PPI 主要为艾司奥美拉唑、兰索拉唑，其中脾胃病科用药率较高，存在不合理用药现象，需进一步加强规范用药管理。

Abstract：Objective To investigated the use of proton pump inhibitors (PPI) by inpatients in Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Ningde,and analyze City the irrational use of drugs.Methods A total of 200 cases of inpatients were treated with PPI for injection in Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Ningde City from August 2018 to August 2019 were selected,the departments,PPI dosage,treatment course,solvent selection and other information were statisticsed and analyzed.Results Among the 200 patients,39.00% of the patients were used the PPI for Esomeprazole,and 26.50% of the patients used Lansoprazole.The department with the highest usage rate of PPI for injection is the spleen and stomach department,followed by the emergency department.The rate of irrational use of PPI for injection in Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Ningde City was 13.00%,and the common irrational situation was that the medication indication was not clear.Conclusion The PPI for injection in hospitals in Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Ningde City is mainly Esomeprazole and Lansoprazole.The drug use rate of spleen and stomach disease is high,and there is still irrational drug use.It is necessary to further strengthen the management of standardized drugs.
