Abstract:Objective To investigate the influence of kidney nourishing and dampness disinhibiting therapy on the intestinal microecology of patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA).Methods A total of 80 RA patients treated in Jiujiang First People′s Hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method,40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Methotrexate, and the observation group was treated with Wangbi Tablets, all patients were treated for 3 months. The efficacy, intestinal flora diversity and safety indicators (adverse drug reactions, blood routine, urine routine, liver and kidney function) of the two groups were compared. Results After 3 months of treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 97.50%,which was higher than 80.00% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment, the uniformity of the intestinal flora of the observation group was (0.99±0.06) E,and richness of the intestinal flora of the observation group was(22.68±3.08) S,which were higher than those of the control group ([0.90±0.05]E and [19.36±2.16]S),the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 2.50%,which was lower than 20.00% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Kidney nourishing and dampness disinhibiting therapy in the treatment of RA can significantly improve the therapeutic effect, restore the patients′ intestinal micro-ecological diversity, has higher safety of use of drug, can promote the recovery of patients, and which is worthy of promotion.
