Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of Jianpi Sanjie Decoction in the treatment of middle and advanced esophageal cancer.Methods A total of 60 patients with middle and advanced esophageal cancer who admitted to People′s Hospital of Dexing City,Jiangxi Province from July 2013 to July 2019 were selected as the research objects and divided into the study group and the control group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional chemotherapy,while the study group was treated with Jianpi Sanjie Decoction.The therapeutic effect and the total incidence rate of adverse reactions in the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The total incidence rate of adverse reactions of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic effect of Jianpi Sanjie Decoction for middle and advanced esophageal cancer is ideal,which can improve the therapeutic effect of patients,inhibit the further proliferation and proliferation of tumor cells,enhance the anti-tumor effect,and effectively reduce various adverse reactions of patients during chemotherapy.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
