Abstract:Objective To investigate the application value of 3D printing technology in the selection of laparoscopic renal tumor surgery.Methods A total of 60 renal tumor patients who admitted to People′s Hospital of Ganzhou City,Jiangxi Province from August 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the research objects and divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group achieved CT and MRI to draw up the surgical resection plan.The observation group achieved 3D printing technology combined with CT and MRI tomographic image to draw up the surgical resection plan.The operation time,blood flow blocking time,intraoperative bleeding volume,cut margin width,creatinine levels before and after operation,and the total incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time and blood flow block time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,the intraoperative bleeding volume was less than that of the control group,the cut margin width was shorter than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Before surgery,there was no significant difference in creatinine level between the two groups (P>0.05).At 3 d and 1 month after operation,the creatinine level of the two groups were lower than those before surgery,and the differences were statistically significant (P>0.05).At 1 month after surgery,the creatinine levels of the two groups were lower than those at 3 d after operation,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).At 3 d and 1 month after operation,the creatinine levels of the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion In laparoscopic renal tumor surgery,in addition to conventional CT and MRI auxiliary measures,3D printing technology can also be selected.The application of 3D printing technology is conducive to accurately grasp the scope of surgical resection,improve surgical efficiency,reduce intraoperative renal function damage and surgical risk,and improve the quality of surgery.
