Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis inthe treatment of middle and lower tibial fractures. Methods A total of 70 cases of middle and lower tibial fractures in Yuci District People′s Hospital from May 2019 to may 2020 were selected as research objects and according to the random number table method, they were divided into observation group (35 cases) and control group (35 cases). The observation group was treated with minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis, while the control group was treated with conventional open reduction and intramedullary nailing. The intraoperative indexes, fracture treatment effect and perioperative complications of the two groups were compared. Results The operation time and fracture healing time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, intraoperative blood loss in the observation group was less than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05);the total excellent and good rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);the incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with conventional open reduction and intramedullary nailing, minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis has the advantages of better operation effect, shorter operation time, faster postoperative recovery, less intraoperative blood loss and lower incidence of perioperative complications compared with conventional open reduction and intramedullary nailing.
