Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of abdominal acupuncture in the treatment of spastic paralysis after cerebrovascular disease.Methods A total of 90 patients with spastic paralysis after cerebrovascular disease in Quanzhou First Hospital from December 2018 to June 2020 were selected and divided into the control group (45 cases)and the observation group (45 cases) according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with Bobath therapy,while the observation group was treated with abdominal acupuncture combined with Bobath therapy.The clinical therapeutic effect,degree of limb spasm,limb motor function and activities of daily living were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.56%,which was higher than 77.78% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The score of degree of limb spasm of the observation group after treatment was (6.42±0.23) points,which was lower than (8.59±0.46) points of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment,the limb motor function score of the observation group was (0.68±0.17) points,which was lower than (1.23±0.22) points of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The score of activities of daily living in the observation group after treatment was(79.75±2.65) points,which was higher than (68.69±4.21) points in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Abdominal acupuncture has a significant effect in the treatment of spastic paralysis after cerebrovascular disease,which can reduce the degree of limb spasm,improve the ability of daily living and limb motor function,it is worthy of clinical application.
