Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of Pantoprazole Sodium Injection in the treatment of peptic ulcer with upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods A total of 200 patients with peptic ulcer and upper gastrointestinal bleeding admitted to People′s Hospital of Yangchun City,Guangdong Province from May 2016 to May 2017 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the control group (n=100) and the observation group (n=100)according to random number table method,the control group was treated with conventional rehydration,and the observation group was treated with Pantoprazole Sodium Injection.The number of vomiting,the number of black stools,the total amount of bleeding,and the efficacy indicators were compared between the two groups.Results The number of vomiting and black stools in the observation group was fewer than that in the control group (P<0.05).The total bleeding in the observation group was less than that in the control group (P<0.05).The clinical effect was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of Pantoprazole Sodium Injection for patients with peptic ulcer complicated by upper gastrointestinal bleeding is ideal.It can effectively alleviate the patient′s bleeding symptoms,to improve the quality of life of patients.
