2型糖尿病合并肥胖患者的血脂指标特点研究

摘要目的探讨2型糖尿病合并肥胖患者的血脂指标特点。方法回顾性分析辽宁中医药大学附属医院内分泌科2019年8月～2020年1月收治的292例2型糖尿病患者，根据患者是否合并肥胖分为肥胖组（96例）和非肥胖组（196例）。比较两组患者的相关临床资料，分析2型糖尿病合并肥胖患者血脂指标特点。结果肥胖组的三酰甘油（TG）、总胆固醇（TC）、高密度脂蛋白（HDL-C）水平、TG/HDL-C值高于非肥胖组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组患者的低密度脂蛋白（LDL-C）水平、TC/HDL-C值、LDL-C/HDL-C值比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论 2型糖尿病合并肥胖患者的血脂指标与非肥胖型2型糖尿病患者相比较而言，具有较高的TG、TC、HDL-C 水平以及TG/HDL-C值。了解其特点更有利于在临床上对糖尿病合并肥胖患者进行综合管理，引起对肥胖的重视，有效地防治相关心脑血管疾病。

Abstract：Objective To discuss the characteristics of blood lipid parameters in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and obesity.Methods Retrospective analysis of 292 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to the Endocrinology Department of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2019 to January 2020，they were divided into the obese group (96 patients) and the non-obese group (196 patients) according to whether or not comorbidly obese.The relevant clinical data of the two groups were compared,and the characteristics of lipid parameters in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and obesity were analyzed.Results In the obese group,triglycerides(TG),total cholesterol (TC),high density lipoprotein (HDL-C) levels,and TG/HDL-C value were higher than those of the non-obese group,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).There were no significant differences in low density lipoprotein (LDL-C) level,TC/HDL-C value,and LDL-C/HDL-C value between the two groups (P＞0.05).Conclusion Compared with non-obese type 2 diabetes patients,type 2 diabetes mellitus combined obesity patients with higher TG,TC,HDL-C level and TG/HDL-C value.Understanding its characteristics is more conducive to comprehensive clinical management of patients with obesity and diabetes,drawing attention to obesity and effectively prevention and treatment of related complications.
