Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of porous plate in position of lateral position operation.Methods Clinical data of 56 patients who were placed in the lateral position of hip surgery in Xingguo People′s Hospital from October 2017 to November 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were divided into the control group and the observation group according to whether or not a perforated plate was used,with 28 cases in each group.The perioperative indicators,complications,satisfaction rate of patients to the surgeon and the anesthetist were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The number of fluoroscopy and bleeding volume in the observation group were less than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the surgeon in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the anesthetist in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion The porous plate in hip surgery can effectively shorten the operation time,reduce the number of fluoroscopy and bleeding,and reduce the incidence of complications.
