Expression and significance of serum leptin,omentin-1 and platelet endothelial cell adhesion molecule-1 in patients with early renal damage in essential hypertension
Abstract:Objective To study the expression and significance of serum leptin (LEP),Omentin-1 and platelet endothelial cell adhesion molecule-1 (sPECAM-1) in patients with early renal damage in essential hypertension.Methods From March 2018 to October 2019,72 patients with primary hypertension and early renal impairment treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University were selected as group A,73 patients with simple early renal impairment as group B,81 patients with normal renal function of primary hypertension as group C,38 patients with physical examination at the same time as group D.Fasting blood glucose,triglyceride,total cholesterol,high-density lipoprotein (HDL),low densith lipoprotein (LDL),serum cystatin c (Cys-C),micro-albumin urine (MAU),blood urea nitrogen (BUN),creatinine (Cr),LEP,Omentin-1 and sPECAM-1 were analyzed in four groups.The ROC curve was used to analyze the efficiency of joint diagnosis of LEP,Omentin-1 and sPECAM-1.Results The MAU,BUN and Cr levels of the four groups from high to low were group A,B,C and D;the LEP,Omentin-1 and sPECAM-1 levels of the four groups from high to low were group A,B,C and D.The sensitivity and specificity of combined detection were higher than those of single detection.ROC curve showed that the critical values of LEP,Omentin-1 and sPECAM-1 of hypertensive early renal injury were 7.99,59.60 and 7.91 μg/L respectively.Conclusion Through the changes of LEP,Omentin-1 and sPECAM-1 levels,it has significant guiding significance for the early renal function damage patients with essential hypertension.
