Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of Tai Chi cloud hands on cardiac rehabilitation after percutaneous coronary intervention. Methods A total of 86 patients who admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University for percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) from December 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects and divided into the control group and the study group according to the random number table method, with 43 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with routine intervention, and the patients in the study group were treated with routine intervention and Tai Chi cloud hands. The quality of life, clinical symptom scores and cardiac function were compared between the two groups. Results There were no statistically significant differences in quality of life scale (SF-36) scores between the two groups before intervention (P >0.05).After intervention, the SF-36 scores of the two groups were higher than those before intervention, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).After intervention, the SF-36 scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in clinical symptom scores between the two groups before intervention (P>0.05).After intervention, the clinical symptom scores of the two groups were lower than those before intervention, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).After intervention, the clinical symptom scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in levels of left ventricular end-diastolic volume (LVEDV) and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) between the two groups before intervention (P>0.05).After intervention, the levels of LVEDV of the two groups were lower than those before intervention, the levels of LVEF were higher than those before intervention, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05).After intervention, the level of LVEDV in the study group was lower than that in the control group, the level of LVEF was higher than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion Tai Chi cloud hands on patients after PCI can improve the cardiac function index, improve the quality of life and reduce the clinical symptom score,it has the important significance and certain promotion value.
