Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical nursing path of health education in the clinical nursing of diabetes.Methods From April 2016 to April 2017,98 cases of diabetic patients treated in Beijing Aerospace General Hospital were selected as the research objects,according to the draw method randomly divided into control group (n=49) and observation group (n=49).The control group were treated by the traditional mode of conventional nursing care,the observation group used clinical nursing health education model,fasting blood glucose,blood sugar 2 hours after meal changes,clinical patients satisfaction of nursing and complications were compared between two groups.Results After nursing,fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose level of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05),total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05),the total incidence of complications in observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Patients with diabetes in clinical nursing,the application of clinical nursing path of nursing health education effect is superior to the conventional nursing,improve the patien′s blood sugar level,improve the patients satisfaction of clinical nursing.It has clinical significance.
