Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of comfort nursing in the treatment of liver failure patients with combined artificial liver.Methods A total of 46 patients with combined artificial liver for liver failure who were admitted to Shangrao Second People′s Hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to different nursing content,they were divided into control group (23 cases) and comfort group (23 cases).The control group used conventional nursing intervention,while patients in the comfort group received comfort nursing services.The comfort,health knowledge mastery,emotional state and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The comfort and health knowledge mastery scores of the comfort group were higher than those of the control group,the anxiety assessment scale (SAS) and depression assessment scale (SDS) scores were lower than those of the control group,and the nursing total satisfaction was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion Taking comfort care can effectively improve the comfort,mastery of health knowledge and satisfaction of patients with liver failure combined with artificial liver,and improve the mood of patients.The clinical application effect is significant.
