系统化护理对龋病治疗患儿全麻苏醒期指标及不良反应的影响

摘要目的探讨系统化护理对龋病治疗患儿的应用效果。方法选取2019年7月～2020年5月广东省佛山市妇幼保健院收治的84例全身麻醉龋齿治疗患儿作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为观察组（n=42）与对照组（n=42）。对照组采用常规护理，观察组在对照组的基础上采用系统化护理。比较两组的术后生理应激指标、躁动与疼痛评分、不良反应发生情况。结果观察组的心率为（79.13±3.59）次/min、呼吸频率为（24.11±2.57）次/min、收缩压为（132.98±5.32）mmHg、舒张压为（74.46±4.50）mmHg，低于对照组的（85.55±3.11）次/min、（28.74±2.25）次/min、（140.56±6.71）mmHg、（81.32±5.38）mmHg，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组的躁动评分为（7.10±1.52）分、疼痛评分为（3.21±0.57）分，低于对照组的（10.54±2.18）分、（4.14±0.81）分，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组的不良反应总发生率为4.76%，低于对照组的21.43%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论系统化护理可平稳全麻下治疗龋病患儿术后麻醉苏醒期心率、呼吸频率、血压等应激指标，减轻躁动及疼痛程度，减少不良反应，值得临床应用。

Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of systematic nursing on children with dental caries treatment.Methods A total of 84 children who were treated for dental caries under general anesthesia in Foshan Maternity and Child Health Hospital,Guangdong Province from July 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into observation group (n=42) and control group (n=42) according to the random number table method.In the control group,routine nursing was used,and in the observation group,pediatric patients received systematic nursing on the basis of the control group.The postoperative physiological stress indicators,agitation and pain scores,and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results In the observation group,heart rate,respiratory rate,systolic blood pressure,and diastolic blood pressure were (79.13±3.59) breaths/min,(24.11±2.57) breaths/min,(132.98±5.32)mmHg,(74.46±4.50)mmHg,lower than those of the control group of(85.55±3.11) breaths/min,(28.74±2.25) breaths/min,(140.56±6.71) mmHg,(81.32±5.38) mmHg,and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The scores of the restlessness and pain in the observation group were(7.10±1.52)and(3.21±0.57)points,lower than those in the control group of (10.54±2.18) and (4.14±0.81) points,and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 4.76%,lower than that in the control group accounting for 21.43%,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion Systematic nursing can stabilize the stress indicators (heart rate,respiratory rate,and blood pressure) during awakening period of general anesthesia in children with dental caries treatment,alleviate restlessness and pain,and reduce adverse reactions.It is worthy of application.
