Abstract:Objective To explore the value of risk management model in the nursing care of elderly patients with stress injury. Methods From January 2017 to April 2019,126 patients ≥60 years old with pressure injury who were admitted to Pingxiang Second People′s Hospital were randomly selected as subjects. They were divided into two groups by lottery, with 63 patients in each group. The control group implemented the nursing mode of routine stress injury, and the study group implemented the risk management mode. The efficacy, stages of stress injury, awareness rate of knowledge of stress injury and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the total effective rate of the study group (96.83%) was higher than that of the control group (82.54%),with statistically significant difference (P<0.05).After intervention, the stage of stress injury in the study group was better than that in the control group, with statistically significant difference (P<0.05).After intervention, the knowledge awareness rate of stress injury in the study group (96.83%) was higher than that in the control group (85.71%),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction score of the study group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Applying the risk management model to the nursing management of elderly patients with stress injury can pay attention to prospective control, pay attention to post analysis, and draw up individualized standardized nursing plan of stress injury according to the actual situation of patients, which is helpful to improve the standardization, pertinence and comprehensiveness of nursing measures,so as to realize virtuous circle, improve nursing quality and promote early recovery of patients.
