Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of pulmonary tuberculosis patients by WeChat platform health education.Methods A total of 60 cases pulmonary tuberculosis patients admitted to Yunfu Chronic Disease Prevention Center from July 2018 to September 2019 were selected as the research subjects.According to the random paper method,they were divided into control group (30 cases) and detection group (30 cases).General health education in control group was employed,WeChat platform health education in detection group was employed.The life quality scores of two group before intervention and after intervention,cognitive assessment and nursing service satisfaction were compared.Results There were no significant differences in fitness (PF),role-physical (RP),general health (GH),body pain (BP),vitality(VT),rolr-emotional (RE),social functioning (SF) and mental health (MH) of patients between the two groups before intervention (P＞0.05).After intervention,the PF,RP,GH,BP,VT,RE,SF,and MH in the two groups were higher than those in the same group before intervention,there were statistical significances (P＜0.05).After intervention,the PF,RP,GH,BP,VT,RE,SF,and MH in patients in detection group were higher than those of the control group,there were statistical significances (P＜0.05).Cognitive level understanding rate of detection group was higher than that of control group,the scores of attitude towards nursing service,expertise,nursing and mission effectiveness result in detection group were higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of pulmonary tuberculosis patients by WeChat platform health education,which could increase life quality and cognitive level,improve nursing service satisfaction,it is worth to be used.
