Abstract：Objective To explore the influencing factors of quality of life of cancer patients in Guizhou around ten years.Methods From September 2005 to October 2006 and October 2015 to February 2016,104 and 112 oncology patients were selected from the oncology departments of the third-class A hospitals in Guizhou Province.The european quality of life core scale [EORTC QLQ-C30 (V3.0)]questionnaire manual was used to investigate the quality of life and its influencing factors.Results Ten years later,the overall quality of life of cancer patients in Guizhou was higher than ten years ago,and eleven factors such as fatigue,constipation,economic difficulties,emotional function,physical function,shortness of breath,Chinese medicine,informed manner,informed situation,hemoglobin,cost,C-reactive protein(CRP) had significant effects on the overall quality of life,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion Currently,the quality of life of cancer patients in guizhou is significantly improved compared with that of ten years ago.Timely nutritional intervention is important to improve the quality of life and prognosis of cancer patients.
