Effect comparison of hysteroscopic tissue resection system and traditional hysteroscopic electrotomy in the treatment of endometrial polyps combined with infertility

Abstract：Objective To compare the effect of hysteroscopic tissue resection system and traditional hysteroscopic electrotomy in the treatment of endometrial polyps with infertility.Methods A total of 82 patients with endometrial polyps and infertility who were admitted to Jiangxi Maternal and Child Health Hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into a control group (41 cases) and an observation group (41 cases)according to the odd and even hospitalization numbers.The operation,pregnancy outcome,the total incidence of complications and recurrence rates of the two groups were observed.Results There were no statistical differences in the operation time or the amount of uterine dilatation fluid used between the two groups (P＞0.05).The intraoperative blood loss of the observation group was less than that of the control group,the rates of secondary operations and postoperative intrauterine adhesions were both lower than those in the control group,the pregnancy outcome was better than the control group,the total incidence of complications and recurrence rate were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05).Conclusion The hysteroscopic tissue resection system for the treatment of endometrial polyps has little bleeding,few complications,and low recurrence rate.It improves the pregnancy success rate and is worthy of clinical application.
