综合保健干预在单纯性肥胖儿童中的应用

摘要目的探讨综合保健干预在单纯性肥胖儿童中的应用效果。方法选取广东省深圳市龙岗区坪地预防保健所2017年7月～2018年6月管理的本地区116例学龄前单纯肥胖性儿童作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为对照组（58例）与观察组（58例），对照组仅采用饮食干预，观察组采取综合保健干预。比较两组的肥胖率、肥胖度、体重指数、并发症发生情况。结果观察组单纯性肥胖儿童干预1年后的肥胖率及并发症总发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组患者干预1年后的肥胖度、体重指数均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论通过综合保健干预不仅能够有效控制单纯性肥胖儿童的肥胖度、体重指数，还可降低并发症发生率以及儿童肥胖率。

Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive health care intervention in children with simple obesity.Methods A total of 116 simple obese preschool children managed by Pingdi Preventive Health Care Institute of Longgang District,Shenzhen City,Guangdong Province from July 2017 to June 2018 were randomly divided into control group (n=58) and observation group (n=58).The control group was treated only with diet intervention and the observation group was treated with comprehensive health care intervention.The obesity rate,obesity degree,body mass index and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The obesity rate and complication rate of simple obese children in the observation group after one year of intervention were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05);the obesity degree and body mass index in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive health care intervention can not only effectively control the degree of obesity and body mass index of simple obese children,but also reduce the incidence of complications and the rate of childhood obesity.
