培美曲塞联合卡铂治疗老年晚期肺腺癌的效果与安全性

摘要目的探讨培美曲塞联合卡铂治疗老年晚期肺腺癌的效果与安全性。方法选取2017年10月～2019年5月于辽宁省健康产业集团本钢总医院接受治疗的80例老年晚期肺腺癌患者为受试对象，使用随机数字表法分为联合组与对照组，各40例。对照组予以卡铂单药，联合组在对照组基础上联合培美曲塞。比较两组患者治疗前及治疗2个月后的血清肿瘤标志物[糖类抗原125（CA125）、癌胚抗原（CEA）]、生活质量[肺癌症状评分量表（LCSS）]，观察两组患者的疗效及治疗期间不良反应。结果联合组患者治疗后的CA125、CEA 水平均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组患者治疗后的CA125、CEA 水平均低于本组治疗前，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；联合组患者治疗后的LCSS 得分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组患者治疗后的LCSS 得分均低于治疗前，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；联合组治疗后的总有效率高于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组患者的不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论培美曲塞联合卡铂治疗老年晚期肺腺癌的效果显著，能改善患者生活质量，安全性好。

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect and safety of Pemetrexed combined with Carboplatin in the treatment of elderly advanced lung adenocarcinoma.Methods A total of 80 elderly patients with advanced lung adenocarcinoma who were treated in Liaoning Health Industry Group Bengang General Hospital from October 2017 to May 2019 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into the combined group and the control group by using random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given Carboplatin alone,while combined group was combined with Pemetrexed on the basis of the control group.The serum tumor markers (carbohydrate antigen 125[CA125],carcinoembryonic antigen [CEA]and quality of life (lung cancer symptom score scale [LCSS]) were compared between the two groups before treatment and after 2 months of treatment,and the efficacy and adverse reactions during treatment were observed between the two groups.Results The levels of CA125 and CEA in the combined group after treatment were lower than those in the control group before treatment,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The levels of CA125 and CEA in the two groups after treatment were lower than those in the same group before treatment,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).After treatment,the LCSS score in the combined group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The LCSS scores of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The total effective rate after treatment in the combined group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).There were no significant differences in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P＞0.05).Conclusion Pemetrexed combined with Carboplatin has significant efficacy in treating elderly advanced lung adenocarcinoma,and can improve the quality of life,with good safety.
