经皮根钉微创手术治疗脊柱骨折的效果

摘要目的探讨经皮根钉微创手术治疗脊柱骨折的效果。方法选取2017年2月～2019年10月辽宁省营口市中西医结合医院收治的104例脊柱骨折患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与研究组，每组各52例。对照组患者应用常规手术治疗，研究组患者应用经皮根钉微创手术治疗。比较两组患者的手术时间、住院天数、手术出血量、椎体前缘高度、椎间隙高度、后凸Cobb角以及临床效果。结果研究组患者的手术时间、住院天数均短于对照组，手术出血量少于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗前，两组患者的椎体前缘高度、椎间隙高度、后凸Cobb角比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。治疗后，研究组患者的椎体前缘高度、椎间隙高度大于对照组，后凸Cobb角小于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。研究组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论脊柱骨折患者的治疗过程当中，经皮根钉微创手术的治疗效果理想，能够缩短患者的手术、住院时间，降低术中的出血量，并对于椎体前缘高度、椎间隙高度以及后凸Cobb角的改善有着明显的积极作用，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of minimally invasive operation with percutaneous root nail in the treatment of spinal fracture.Methods A total of 104 patients with spinal fracture who admitted to Yingkou Hospital of Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine from February 2017 to October 2019 were selected as the research objects and divided into the control group and the study group according to the random number table method,with 52 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional operation and the patients in the study group were treated with minimally invasive operation with percutaneous root nail.The operative time,length of stay in hospital,operative blood loss,anterior vertebral edge height,intervertebral space height,kyphosis Cobb angle and clinical effect were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time and length of stay in hospital in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,the operative blood loss was less than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in anterior vertebral edge height,intervertebral space height and kyphosis Cobb angle between the two groups before treatment (P＞0.05).After treatment,the anterior vertebral edge height and intervertebral space height in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the kyphosis Cobb angle was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion In the course of the treatment of the patients with spine fracture,the effect of minimally invasive operation with percutaneous root nail is ideal,which can shorten the operation and hospitalization time of the patients,reduce the amount of bleeding during the operation,and has a significant positive effect on the improvement of the anterior vertebral edge height,intervertebral space height and kyphosis Cobb angle.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
