Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of minimally invasive operation with percutaneous root nail in the treatment of spinal fracture. Methods A total of 104 patients with spinal fracture who admitted to Yingkou Hospital of Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine from February 2017 to October 2019 were selected as the research objects and divided into the control group and the study group according to the random number table method, with 52 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with conventional operation and the patients in the study group were treated with minimally invasive operation with percutaneous root nail. The operative time, length of stay in hospital, operative blood loss, anterior vertebral edge height, intervertebral space height, kyphosis Cobb angle and clinical effect were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time and length of stay in hospital in the study group were shorter than those in the control group, the operative blood loss was less than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in anterior vertebral edge height, intervertebral space height and kyphosis Cobb angle between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05).After treatment, the anterior vertebral edge height and intervertebral space height in the study group were higher than those in the control group, the kyphosis Cobb angle was lower than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion In the course of the treatment of the patients with spine fracture, the effect of minimally invasive operation with percutaneous root nail is ideal, which can shorten the operation and hospitalization time of the patients, reduce the amount of bleeding during the operation, and has a significant positive effect on the improvement of the anterior vertebral edge height, intervertebral space height and kyphosis Cobb angle. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
