Abstract：Objective To analyze the feasibility of ureteroscope combined with intercepting net basket in the treatment of incarcerated calculi in upper ureter.Methods A total of 60 patients with upper ureteral incarcerated calculi who were treated in Yichun Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Jiangxi Province from January 2018 to September 2019 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ureteroscope,and the observation group was treated with a combined intercepting net basket on the basis of the control group.The stone removal rate,operation status,and total postoperative complication rate of the two groups were compared.Results The stone removal rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the operation time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the total incidence of postoperative complications of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).There were no significant differences in the treatment cost,hospital stay and intraoperative blood loss between the two groups (P＞0.05).Conclusion Ureteroscope combined with intercepting net basket is effective in the treatment of incarcerated calculi in the upper segment of ureter,which is beneficial to improve the clearance rate of calculus,reduce the operation time and the incidence of postoperative complications,it has high clinical feasibility.
