Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical effect of gastroscopic Tissue Adhesive injection in the treatment of patients with cirrhosis and variceal bleeding. Methods A total of 62 patients with cirrhosis complicated with gastric varicose bleeding who were treated in Gaozhou People′s Hospital from September 2016 to March 2019 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method, with 31 cases in each group. The control group underwent endoscopic ligation, and the observation group received Tissue Adhesive injection therapy. The total effective rates of improvement of gastric varices combined with improvement of gastric varices of the two groups were compared, and the hemoglobin (Hb),red blood cells (RBC),total bilirubin (TBil),albumin (ALB) levels and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 96.77%,which was higher than that of the control group of 77.41%,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The Hb,RBC,ALB levels of the observation group were higher than those in the control group,TBil level of the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 12.90%,which was lower than that in the control group of 38.71%,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Gastroscopic Tissue Adhesive injection for patients with cirrhosis and gastric varices bleeding can effectively improve varicose veins, good hemostasis and can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
