Abstract： Objective To explore the application effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing in the concept of enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS) in cesarean section.Methods A total of 120 puerpera who underwent cesarean section in the Department of Obstetrics of Jiangxi Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January to October 2021 were selected as the research subjects,they were divided into intervention group and control group according to random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional nursing,and the intervention group was treated with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing.Compare the self-rating anxiety scale (SAS),self-rating depression scale (SDS),pregnancy outcomes,neonatal outcomes,and puerpera′s satisfaction of two groups.Results Before nursing,there were no significant differences in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups (P＞0.05).After nursing,the SAS score and SDS score in two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the SAS and SDS scores of the intervention group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).At 5,10 min and 1 d after delivery,the Apgar scores of the intervention group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The Apgar score of newborns in the two groups at 10 min and 1 d after delivery was higher than that at 5 min after delivery,and the Apgar score at 1 d after delivery was higher than that at 10 min after delivery,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the intervention group was 95.00%,which was higher than 80.00% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion The implementation of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing in ERAS nursing for cesarean section can reduce maternal negative emotions,improve maternal and neonatal outcomes,and make maternal and family members recognize the hospital nursing mode and content,which is worthwhile in the clinical cesarean section process.
