中指微络不同放血量治疗急性咽炎咽痛的临床效果

摘要目的探讨中指微络不同放血量在急性咽炎咽痛患者中的临床效果。方法选取2020年1月至2021年11月江西省萍乡市人民医院就诊的60 例急性咽炎咽痛患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为三组，各20 例。所有患者均采用放血治疗，4.5 号针头放血组放血4～5 滴，6 号针头放血组放血10～12 滴，8 号针头放血组放血量＞20 滴，3 次治疗后评估治疗效果，比较三组患者视觉模拟评分法（VAS）、现时疼痛强度量表（PPI）评分、中医症候积分及不良反应发生率。结果治疗3 次后，三组患者VAS 及PPI 评分低于治疗前，且8 号针头放血组VAS 及PPI 评分低于4.5 号针头放血组和6 号针头放血组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗3 次后，三组患者咽痛、灼热、咽部干燥、发热及畏寒评分低于治疗前，且8 号针头放血组咽痛、灼热、咽部干燥、发热及畏寒评分低于4.5 号针头放血组和6 号针头放血组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论中指微络放血量＞20 滴用于急性咽炎咽痛患者中，有助于减轻患者疼痛，改善患者症状，值得推广应用。

Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical effect of different bloodletting volumes on the micro-collateral of the middle finger in patients with acute pharyngitis and sore throat.Methods A total of 60 patients with acute pharyngitis and sore throat who were treated in the Pingxiang People′s Hospital from January 2020 to November 2021 were selected as the research objects,they were divided into three groups according to random number table method,with 20 cases in each group.All patients were treated with bloodletting.The 4.5-gauge needle bloodletting group bleeds 4-5 drops,the 6-gauge needle bloodletting group bleeds 10-12 drops,and the 8-gauge needle bloodletting group bleeds more than 20 drops.The effect of the treatment was evaluated after 3 treatments.The visual analogue scale (VAS),the present pain intensity (PPI) score,the traditional Chinese medical symptom score and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared among the three groups.Results After 3 treatments,the VAS and PPI scores of the three groups were lower than those before treatment,the VAS and PPI scores of 8-gauge needle bloodletting group were lower than those of 4.5-gauge needle bloodletting group and 6-gauge needle bloodletting group,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).After 3 treatments,the scores of pharyngeal pain,burning,pharyngeal dryness,fever and chills in the three groups were lower than those before treatment,the scores of pharyngeal pain,burning,pharyngeal dryness,fever and chills in the 8-gauge needle bloodletting group were lower than those in the 4.5-gauge needle bloodletting group and 6-gauge needle bloodletting group,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion The bloodletting volume of the middle finger micro-collateral more than 20 drops used in patients with acute pharyngitis and sore throat can help reduce the pain and improve the symptoms of patients,which is worthy of popularization and application.
