卡前列素氨丁三醇联合米索前列醇对前置胎盘产后出血患者临床疗效及氧化应激指标的影响

摘要目的探讨卡前列素氨丁三醇联合米索前列醇对前置胎盘产后出血患者临床疗效及氧化应激指标的影响。方法选取2019年9月至2020年10月黄冈市妇幼保健院收治的92 例前置胎盘产后出血患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组，每组46 例。观察组采用卡前列素氨丁三醇联合米索前列醇治疗，对照组采用米索前列醇治疗。比较两组的相关临床指标和氧化应激指标。结果观察组患者产后24 h 出血量少于对照组，止血时间、住院时间短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组患者治疗后的超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶（GSH-Px）水平高于本组治疗前，脂质过氧化物（LPO）水平低于本组治疗前，观察组患者治疗后的SOD、GSH-Px 水平均高于对照组，LPO 水平低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论卡前列素氨丁三醇联合米索前列醇用于前置胎盘产后出血患者，能够改善患者的相关临床指标，且对氧化应激指标水平有显著调节作用。

Abstract： Objective To investigate the effect of Carboprost Ambutritol combined with Misoprostol on clinical efficacy and oxidative stress indexes in patients with postpartum hemorrhage of placenta previa.Methods A total of 92 patients with postpartum hemorrhage from placenta previa who were admitted in Huanggang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from September 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,each group with 46 cases.The observation group was treated with Carboprost Ambutritol combined with Misoprostol,and the control group was treated with Misoprostol.The related clinical indicators and oxidative stress indicators were compared between the two groups.Results The 24 h postpartum blood loss in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the hemostasis time and hospitalization time were shorter than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the levels of lipid peroxide (LPO) in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,the levels of SOD and GSH-Px in observation group after treatment were higher than those in the control group,and the level of LPO in observation group after treatment was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion Carboprost Ambutritol combined with Misoprostol for postpartum hemorrhage patients with placenta previa can improve relevant clinical indicators and significantly regulate the level of oxidative stress indicators.
