Abstract:Objective To study the application effect of bone island technique in posterior cruciate ligament preserving knee arthroplasty. Methods A total of 120 patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to the Department of Arthrosis,Zhongshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the research subjects. The patients were divided into stable prosthesis (PS) group, traditional posterior cruciate ligament (CR) prosthesis group and bone island osteotomy CR prosthesis group accordin to the random number table method, with 40 patients in each group.Hospital for special surgery knee (HSS) score, visual analogue scale (VAS) score, femoral condyle retrorolling degree and knee motion were compared among the three groups. Results One month after surgery,HSS score of bone island osteotomy CR prosthesis group was higher than that of CR prosthesis group and PS group, and HSS score of CR prosthesis group was higher than that of PS group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).One month after surgery, there was no significant difference in VAS scores among the three groups (P>0.05).One month after surgery, there were no significant differences in femoral condyle retrorolling distance and knee motion among the three groups (P>0.05).Conclusion The three methods for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis have the same degree of postoperative pain, knee range of motion and femoral condyle roll back, but knee function of bone island osteotomy CR prosthesis is better, clinical worthy of promotion.
