Abstract: Objective To study the application effect of EnCor rotary cutting system in the minimally invasive resection with ultrasound guidance in single nonpalpable BI-RADS category 4a breast tiny lesions. Methods A total of 96 female patients with single nonpalpable BI-RADS category 4a breast tiny lesions treated in Yangjiang People′s Hospital from January 2019 to September 2020 were retrospectively selected as the study subjects.According to different treatment methods, the enrolled patients were divided into the observation group (47 cases) and the control group (49 cases).Patients in the observation group were treated with minimally invasive resection using EnCor rotary cutting system with ultrasound guidance, while those in the control group were treated with traditional open resection. The detection rate of malignant lesions, intraoperative effect, postoperative healing and complications after operation of the two groups were compared. Results There was no statistically significant difference in the detection rate of malignant lesions between the two groups(P>0.05).The operation incision length of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, the tissue excision amount and bleeding volume of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the operation time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The postoperative pain duration and postoperative recovery time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, and the scar length of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total incidence of complications including incision infection, local hematoma, subcutaneous congestion and breast deformity after operation in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion EnCor rotary cutting system in the minimally invasive resection with ultrasound guidance in single nonpalpable BI-RADS category 4a breast tiny lesions has accurate locating, short operation time, small trauma, short postoperative recovery time, good cosmetic effect and high safety and contributes to early detection of breast cancer, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
