Abstract:Objective To investigate the preventive effect of numerical control pressure air pump on deep venous thrombosis (DVT) of lower extremity with spinal cord injury.Methods From August 2020 to August 2021,120 patients with spinal cord injury who were admitted to Nanchang Hongdu Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the control group (60 cases) and the experimental group (60 cases) by random number table method.The control group was treated with Low Molecular Weight Heparin,and the experimental group was intervened with a numerically controlled pressure air pump based on the control group.The lower extremity blood flow velocity,the levels of activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT),thrombin time (TT),D-Dimer (D-D),and the incidence of lower extremity DVT and pulmonary embolism were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the lower extremity blood flow velocity between the two groups before intervention (P>0.05).After intervention,the blood flow velocity of the left and right lower extremity in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the levels of APTT,TT and D-D between the two groups before intervention (P>0.05).After intervention,the levels of APTT and TT in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the level of D-D in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The incidence of lower extremity DVT in the experimental group was 1.67%,which was lower than 15.00% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of pulmonary embolism between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion The application of numerical control pressure air pump in patients with spinal cord injury can improve the blood flow velocity of lower limbs,improve coagulation indexes,and effectively control the incidence of DVT of lower limbs.It is worth popularizing and promotion.
