Abstract:Objective To study the efficacy of vitamin K2 combined with Midapril in patients with hypertension complicated with osteoporosis and the influence on 25 hydroxy vitamin D [25(OH)D3],beta C-terminal cross-linked telopeptides of type Ⅰcollagen (β-CTX) and N-terminal-midfragment of osteocalcin (N-MID).Methods A total of 120 patients with hypertension and osteoporosis treated in Dalian Fourth People′s Hospital from September 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects,they were divided into the control group (60 cases) and the observation group (60 cases) according to computer randomization.The control group was treated with Midapril,and the observation group was treated with combined vitamin K2 based on the control group.The efficacy and satisfaction of the two groups were compared,and the levels of 25(OH)D3 and β-CTX,N-MID and receptor activator of nuclear factor-κB ligand (RANKL) before and after treatment in the two groups was recorded.Results The total effective rate in the observation group after treatment was 95.00%,which was higher than 81.67% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The 25(OH)D3 levels after treatment in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,the β-CTX levels after treatment in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The level of 25(OH)D3 in the observation group after treatment was higher than that in the control group,the level of β-CTX in the observation group after treatment was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The levels of N-MID and RANKL after treatment in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of N-MID and RANKL in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Using vitamin K2 and Midapril in the treatment of hypertensive patients with osteoporosis can effectively improve the therapeutic effect,and improve the levels of 25(OH)D3,β-CTX,N-MID,and RANKL in the body.
