Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical effect of laparoscopy combined with Leprorelin Acetate Sustained-release Microspheres in the treatment of endometriosis. Methods A total of 100 cases of patients with endometriosis treated in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Zhangjiagang Hospital Affiliated to Soochow University from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as study subjects and divided into reference group (50 cases) and treatment group (50 cases) by randomized digital table method. Both groups were treated with laparoscopic surgery. On this basis, the reference group was orally treated with Deoxygestretenethinyl Estradiol Tablets, and the treatment group was subcutaneously injected with Leprorelin Acetate Sustained-release Microspheres Injection. The levels of reproductive hormones were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. The total effective rate, total incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate within 1 year were compared between the two groups. Results Before treatment, there were no significant differences in the levels of luteinizing hormone, estradiol and ovarian follicle stimulating hormone between the two groups (P>0.05). After treatment, the levels of luteinizing hormone, estradiol and ovarian follicle stimulating hormone in the treatment group were lower than those in the reference group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the reference group, and the recurrence rate within 1 year was lower than that in the reference group, with statistical significances (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion The combination of laparoscopy and Leprorelin Acetate Sustained-release Microspheres in the treatment of endometriosis can regulate the level of reproductive hormones in patients, improve the treatment efficiency, and reduce the recurrence rate.
