Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of laparoscopic pituitrin water separation and exfoliation in the treatment of ovarian cysts (OC) and its influence on the quality of patients′ follicles, hormone levels and complications. Methods A total of 80 OC patients admitted to Xiamen Fifth Hospital from January to December 2020 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into the observation group (n=40) and the control group (n=40) according to random number table method. The control group was treated with conventional laparoscopic cystectomy, and the observation group was treated with laparoscopic pituitrin water separation and exfoliation. The changes of follicle quality (serum leptin [LEP], total antioxidant capacity [TAC], vascular endothelial growth factor [VEGF]), the number of antral follicles [AFC], hormone levels (estradiol [E2], luteinizing hormone [LH], follicle stimulating hormone [FSH]) before and after operation were compared between the two groups, the incidence of postoperative complications and the pregnancy rate within one year in the two groups were statistically analyzed. Results Before operation, there were no significant difference in follicular quality index, AFC, and hormone levels between the two groups of patients (P>0.05). After operation, the levels of LEP, VEGF, E2, LH and FSH in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the levels of TAC and AFC in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The pregnancy rate within one year in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopic pituitrin water separation and exfoliation in the treatment of OC has a positive effect on improving the quality of follicles and hormone levels in patients. After this surgical treatment, the risk of postoperative complications is lower and the rate of successful pregnancy is higher.
