Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of "Spider web" abdominal positioning stuck in patients with high ligation of great saphenous vein+extraction after subcutaneous injection of anticoagulant to prevent lower extremity deep vein thrombosis. Methods Fifty patients who received subcutaneous anticoagulant injection after high ligation of great saphenous vein+extraction in Jiujiang First People′s Hospital from March 2021 to September 2021 were selected as subjects, and were divided into experimental group (n=25) and control group (n=25) according to random number table method. The control group received routine anticoagulant injection intervention. The experimental group used "Spider web" abdominal positioning rotation card standardized subcutaneous injection of anticoagulant. The incidence of subcutaneous hemorrhage, induration and ecchymosis, the incidence of complications and compliance of subcutaneous injection in the last 1 week were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the incidence rates of subcutaneous hemorrhage, induration and ecchymosis in experimental group were lower than those in control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After intervention, the total incidence of complications in experimental group was lower than that in control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After intervention, the compliances of treatment, self-care, medication and rehabilitation exercise in experimental group were higher than those in control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion "Spider web" abdominal positioning clamp for patients with high ligation and extraction of great saphenous vein can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, reduce the incidence of injection site pain, lower limb swelling, lower limb deep vein thrombosis and other complications, and improve the treatment compliance of patients, which is worthy of popularization and application.
