Abstract:Objective To investigate the application effect of cardiopulmonary ultrasound in evaluating the curative effect of Shenmai Injection combined with Qishen Yiqi Dropping Pills on patients with dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM). Methods A total of 180 patients with DCM admitted to Jiangxi Provincial People′s Hospital from June 2019 to April 2021 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into observation group A, observation group B, and control group according to the random number table method, with 60 patients in each group. Patients in observation group A were treated with Shenmai Injection combined with Qishen Yiqi Dropping Pills on the basis of conventional treatment. Patients in observation group B were treated with Qishen Yiqi Dropping Pills on the basis of conventional treatment, and patients in control group were given conventional treatment. The three groups were compared in terms of the clinical effect after 6 courses of treatment, the cardiopulmonary ultrasound parameters and lung ultrasound B-line scores before and after treatment. Results After 6 courses of treatment, the total treatment response rate in observation group A was higher than those in control group and observation group B, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the total treatment response rate between observation group B and the control group (P>0.05). The left ventricular end systolic diameter (LVESD), left ventricular and diastolic diameter (LVEDD), septal-to-posterior wall motion delay (SPWMD), cardiothoracic ratio (CTR) and pulmonary artery systolic pressure (PASP) after treatment in observation group A and observation group B were lower than those in the control group, and left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) was higher than that in the control group, the LVESD, LVEDD, SPWMD, CTR and PASP in observation group A were lower than those in observation group B, and LVEF was higher than that in observation group B, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in lung ultrasound B-line scores among the three groups before treatment (P>0.05). After treatment, the B-line score of observation group A and observation group B were lower than those of control group, and the B-line score of observation group A was lower than that of observation group B, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Cardiopulmonary ultrasound can be used to evaluate the curative effect of Shenmai Injection combined with Qishen Yiqi Dropping Pills on patients with DCM.
