Abstract:Objective The correlation between the expression of tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and cytokeratin 19 fragment antigen 21-1 (CYFRA21-1) in non-small cell lung cancer was analyzed. Methods Sixty patients with non-small cell lung cancer admitted to Jiujiang First People′s Hospital from October 2018 to November 2021 were selected as the research subjects. Cancer tissue and paracancer tissue (more than 5 cm away from cancer tissue) were collected for immunohistochemical staining. The expression levels of CYFRA21-1 and TNF-α were detected by chemiluminescence. Results The positive rate of TNF-α expression and CYFRA21-1 expression in cancer tissues were higher than those in adjacent tissues, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The positive rate of TNF-α and CYFRA21-1 expression in patients with pathological stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ were higher than those in patients with pathological stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The positive expression of TNF-α in patients with pathological stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ was stronger than that in patients with pathological stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The expressions of TNF-α and CYFRA21-1 were positively correlated with pathological stage (P<0.05). Conclusion TNF-α and CYFRA21-1 were abnormally high in non-small cell lung cancer tissues, which were correlated with the pathological stages of the disease.
