Abstract:Objective To analyze the current situation of women with induced abortion after the post-abortion care service (PAC), and analyze the influencing factors of repeated abortions, so as to provide direction for the extension of PAC services in the later period. Methods From January 2018 to January 2020, 368 women who received PAC services after an artificial abortion in Huimin Hospital of Beijing were selected as the research subjects, and baseline data of aborted women were collected for analysis. Results The results of univariate analysis showed that the difference in age, education level, marital status, contraceptive methods, contraceptive and abortion knowledge between the first miscarriage group and the repeated miscarriage group were statistically significant (P<0.05). The results of multivariate analysis showed that age (β=0.003, OR=19.395, 95%CI=5.689-24.326), education level (β<0.001, OR=14.268, 95%CI=5.326-18.632), marital status (β <0.001, OR=1.564, 95%CI=1.247-1.967), contraceptive methods (β=0.012, OR=1.410, 95%CI=1.094-1.829), knowledge of contraception and abortion (β=0.009, OR=2.373, 95%CI=1.326-4.068) were risk factors affecting the repeated abortion rate of women with induced abortion (P<0.05). Conclusion The post-abortion care service is mainly based on unmarried women, which has the characteristics of high repetitive abortion rate, poor knowledge of contraception and abortion, etc. It is necessary to strengthen the popularization of contraceptive knowledge in this population to reduce the incidence of induced abortion.
