Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of Ningxin Tongbi Decoction combined with Allisartan Isoproxil in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. Methods A total of 150 patients with coronary heart disease unstable angina pectoris admitted to the Department of Cardiology, Xiamen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2019 to September 2021 were selected as the research subjects. The group was divided into control group (n=75) and observation group (n=75) by random number table method. The two groups were treated with Allisartan Isoproxil, and the observation group was treated with Ningxin Tongbi Decoction. The total score of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes, myocardial ischemia, heart rate variability, angina pectoris after treatment and adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results The total score of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome in the observation group was lower than that in the control group after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The standard deviation of RR interval, mean standard deviation of RR interval and root mean square root difference of adjacent RR interval in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after treatment, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The total myocardial ischemia load, QT dispersion and JT dispersion in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The frequency of angina pectoris and nitroglycerin dosage in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the duration was shorter than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Ningxin Tongbi Decoction combined with Alisartan Isoproxil can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and heart rate variability of patients with unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.
