Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of pressing acupuncture in patients with severe cerebral hemorrhage. Methods A total of 60 patients with severe cerebral hemorrhage who were admitted in the Jiujiang First People′s Hospital from December 2020 to November 2021 were selected as research subjects, and they were divided into the observation group (n=30) and the control group (n=30) by random ball-touching method. The control group was received pure nasogastric standard enteral nutrient solution, and the observation group was received screw acupuncture on the basis of the control group. The incidence of enteral nutrition-related diarrhea, nutritional indicators and length of intensive care unit (ICU) stay were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of enteral nutrition-related diarrhea in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05). After intervention, the levels of transferrin (TRF), hemoglobin (Hb) and prealbumin (PAB) in the two groups were higher than those before intervention, and the levels of TRF, Hb and PAB in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The length of ICU stay in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion In severe patients with intracerebral hemorrhage,the treatment of screw acupuncture can effectively prevent enteral nutrition-related diarrhea,significantly regulate the nutritional indicators,and shorten the ICU hospitalization time of patients.
