火龙罐联合穴位贴敷治疗阳虚型失眠的临床效果

摘要目的探讨火龙罐联合穴位贴敷治疗阳虚型失眠的效果和安全性。方法回顾性分析2020年8月至2021年8月湖南省中医药研究院附属医院住院的65 例阳虚型失眠患者的临床资料，根据治疗方式的不同分为治疗组（34 例）和对照组（31 例）。对照组予以艾司唑仑口服治疗，治疗组予以火龙罐联合穴位贴敷治疗。观察两组患者的匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表（PSQI）评分、临床疗效、阳虚体质评分和不良反应发生率。结果两组患者治疗前的PSQI 评分和阳虚体质评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。两组患者治疗后的PSQI 评分、阳虚体质评分均低于治疗前，且治疗组治疗后的PSQI 评分和阳虚体质评分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗组的总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗组治疗后的不良反应发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论火龙罐联合穴位贴敷治疗阳虚型失眠患者的临床效果较好，副作用小，值得推广。

Abstract：Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of fire dragon-like cupping combined with acupoint application in the treatment of Yang-deficiency induced insomnia. Methods The clinical data of 65 patients with Yang-deficiency type insomnia hospitalized in the Affiliated Hospital of Hu′nan Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2020 to August 2021 were analyzed retrospectively. They were divided into the treatment group (34 cases) and the control group (31 cases) according to different treatment methods. Patients in the control group were treated with Estazolam in oral administration, and the treatment group was treated with fire dragon-like cupping combined with acupoint application. The Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI) score, clinical efficacy, Yang-deficiency constitution score and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed of patients in the two groups. Results There were no significant differences in the PSQI score and Yang-deficiency constitution score between the two groups before treatment (P＞0.05).The PSQI scores and Yang-deficiency constitution scores in the two group after treatment were both lower than those before treatment, and the PSQI score and Yang-deficiency constitution score in the treatment group after treatment were both lower than those in the control group, with statistical significances (P＜0.05). The total effectiveness rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group after treatment was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of fire dragon-like cupping combined with acupoint application in the treatment of insomnia patients with Yang-deficiency type is better, with little side effects, which is worthy of popularization.
