Abstract:bjective To explore the correlation between metabolism of blood lipid, calcium, and phosphorus and highsensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) level in hemodialysis patients at the micro-inflammatory state. Methods Fiftyeight patients with microinflammation who received hemodialysis treatment in the Second People′s Hospital of Shanwei from January 2019 to April 2020 were selected as the dialysis group, and 60 healthy volunteers who received physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group. hs-CRP, urine protein, serum creatinine (SCr),blood urea nitrogen (BUN), triglyceride (TG), serum total cholesterol (TC), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL),low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL), blood calcium, blood phosphorus and parathyroid hormone (PTH) were compared between the two groups. The correlation of blood lipid, calcium and phosphorus with hs-CRP was analyzed. Results The levels of hs-CRP, SCr, BUN, TC, blood calcium, blood phosphorus, calcium phosphorus product and PTH in dialysis group were higher than those in control group, while HDL was lower than control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). There were no significant differences in TG and LDL levels between the two groups(P>0.05). There was no correlation between serum lipid, calcium and phosphorus levels and hs-CRP in hemodialysis patients (P>0.05). Conclusion When long-term hemodialysis patients are in a micro-inflammatory state, there are certain abnormalities in blood lipid levels and calcium and phosphorus levels, but the abnormal conditions are not significantly related to hs-CRP.
