Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of mirror therapy combined with music intervention in patients with acute ischemic stroke. Methods A total of 64 patients with hemiplegia after acute ischemic stroke admitted to Jiujiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects, they were divided into study group (32 cases) and control group (32 cases) by random number table method. The control group was given routine rehabilitation therapy, and the research group added mirror therapy combined with music on the basis of the treatment plan of the control group. After intervention, the Fugl-Meyer exercise evaluation scale,Brunnstrom grading score and Barthel index score of the two groups were compared. Results The Fugl-Meyer exercise evaluation scale of the study group after treatment was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The Brunnstrom grading score of the study group after treatment was better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The modified Barthel index score of the study group after treatment was higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The mirror therapy combined with music intervention can effectively improve the treatment effect of patients with acute ischemic stroke.
