[Abstract] This article summarizes the 1 case does not replace the position of breast cancer confirmed breast breast surgery combined the latissimus dorsi myocutaneous flap transplantation revascularization of the operating room nursing method, operating room nurses by preoperative visit and people, objects, environment preparation, intraoperative on the premise of not change the position, through visiting nurse and the instrument nurse close match to the operation, high quality, postoperative visit care again, the patient was given whole-process, high-quality surgical case nursing, and the patient finally completed the operation safely and smoothly without intraoperative complications. Therefore, having breast surgery for breast cancer with the latissimus dorsi myocutaneous flap grafting breast revascularization process,without replacement patients who, on the basis of position, to give high quality of surgery nursing, can reduce surgical procedures and workload, reduce because of the position change may cause intraoperative bleeding mouth intraoperative risk adverse situation, shorten operation time.
