Therefore, having breast surgery for breast cancer with the latissimus dorsi myocutaneous flap grafting breast revascularization process,without replacement patients who, on the basis of position, to give high quality of surgery nursing, can reduce surgical procedures and workload, reduce because of the position change may cause intraoperative bleeding mouth intraoperative risk adverse situation, shorten operation time.
