摘要 
目的 探讨家庭照护者线上线下混合课程培训在老年人家庭照护者中的应用效果。 方法 采取便利抽样法,选取2021年3月杭州市滨江区某初级家庭照护者职业资格培训班2 个班级101 名受训者作为研究对象,其中一个班51 名受训者作为试验组,另一个班50 名受训者作为对照组。试验组采用混合教学模式,对照组采用传统教学模式。比较两组培训后的家庭照护者知识问卷评分和课程满意度评价。结果 试验组培训后家庭照护者知识问卷的生活照护、基础照护、康复服务得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组的满意度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 混合教学模式较传统教学模式能够有效提高家庭照护者的理论知识和满意度。

Abstract
 Objective To explore the application effect of online and offline training courses for family caregivers in elderly family caregivers. Methods The convenience sampling method was adopted to select 101 trainees from two classes of a vocational qualification training course for primary family caregivers in Binjiang District, Hangzhou in March 2021 as the research objects, 51 trainees from one class as the experimental group, and 50 trainees from the other class as the control group. The experimental group adopted the mixed teaching mode, while the control group adopted the traditional teaching mode. The knowledge questionnaire scores and course satisfaction ratings of family caregivers were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of life care, basic care and rehabilitation service of the trained family caregivers in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The satisfaction of experimental group was better than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with traditional teaching mode, blended teaching mode can effectively improve theoretical knowledge and satisfaction of family caregivers.
