Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of cognitive behavior combined with diet intervention in patients with leukemia.Methods The clinical data of 80 leukemia patients admitted to our hospital from January 2014 to December 2019 were retrospectively analyzed, and they were divided into two groups according to the different intervention methods. Among them, the clinical data of 39 patients who were given diet intervention were classified in the control group, and the clinical data of 41 patients with cognitive behavior combined with diet intervention were included in the observation group. The quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the scores of overall health, physical function, physiological function, body pain, emotion, energy, mental health and social function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Cognitive behavior combined with diet intervention can increase the quality of life in patients with leukemia, and increase patients′ satisfaction with nursing care.
