Under the background of Healthy China Initiative and Three-Child policy, the healthy growth of children has received more and more important attention in China. Integrate the high-quality development of children's health into the overall economic and social development has become the consensus of the Child-friendly city construction.And the Child-friendly hospitals play a very important role in it. But at present, the construction of the Child-friendly hospitals in China is still in its infancy.This article takes the Children's Hospital of Soochow University as an example,and focuses on its advantages in children's specialty, continuous improvement of medical services, and protection of regional children's health. The author hopes to introduce the hospital environment, medical services, health management,charity social work, etc. management experience, analyzing the hospital's ideas and plans for building the Child-friendly hospital, thinking about the long-term path of the Child-friendly hospital construction.
