Objective To analyze the infection of Ureaplasma urealyticum (UU), Neisseria gonorrhoeae (NG) and Chlamydia trachomatis (CT) in order to provide effective scientific basis for epidemic investigation. Methods A total of 12 991 female patients who visited the outpatient Beijing Chaoyang Maternal and Child Hospital and underwent physical examination from January 2013 to December 2018 were selected as subjects. All subjects were tested for UU, NG and CT by diversion hybridization technique, and the infection of three pathogens in female reproductive tract was observed. Results The positive rates of UU, CT and NG in 12 991 females were 61.63%, 9.67% and 0.62%, respectively. The main infection type was UU alone, followed by CT alone and UU+CT mixed infection, accounting for 54.69%,2.93% and 6.49%, respectively. Among 12 991 women, 8407 were positive, with a total positive rate of 64.71%. The highest positive rate was 72.27% in age > 15-20 years old, and the lowest positive rate was 45.13% in age over 50 years old. In 2013, the total positive rate and the rates of UU, CT, NG and mix infecction were the lowest. The positive rates of UU and CT in different departments were similar, only the positive rate of NG in department of obstetric was 0.Conclusion UU, CT, and NG are important pathogens of reproductive tract infections in Beijing Chaoyang Maternal &Child Hospital's outpatient department. Ureaplasma urealyticum is the main pathogen of infections. The positive rate is increasing year by year. The positive rate is the highest for people under 20 years old. It is necessary to strengthen surveillance and be targeted general sieve. Women of childbearing age should strengthen the screening of pre-pregnancy physical examination.
